The Heritage Railway – “Lennakatten”

A historical trip in devotedly restored coaches hauled by a steam locomotive or take a railcar from the Fifties! The narrow-gauge railway – Uppsala–Länna–Faringe 33 km – maintains the heritage from when the railway was in its infancy. Nature and authentic station settings strengthen the experience.

Timetables will be presented in early spring on our website. During season some specific events have their own timetable, for example the Lennakatten Day, June 28th and "Kulturnatten" Sep 13th.

The traffic season on Lennakatten 2025 starts in the middle of May and ends in late September. But don't despair! You can enjoy a winter trip with Lennakatten and the popular X-mas Santa Train during Advent. Tickets are released in the autumn at butik.lennakatten.se and at a date published later on.
